CARROLLTON — A Woodhaven man was charged Sunday morning with unlawful possession of marijuana and traffic violations.
According to New York State Police, Troopers stopped Junaid A. Malik on ST-219 around 10:50 a.m. for traffic violations and smelled marijuana coming from the vehicle. He was found to be in possession of a small amount of marijuana and issued an appearance ticket and traffic tickets returnable to the Town of Carrollton for later this month.
