FREEDOM — New York State Police charged a 34-year-old Freedom man with second-degree criminal contempt on Sunday.
According to NYSP, Richard T. Morgan Jr. had violated an order of protection.
He was arraigned in the Town of Yorkshire Court to reappear in December.
