Eva Martineau of Newfane, NY Wife of the late Roland Martineau entered into rest on Wednesday November, 23, 2016 in Newfane Rehab and Health Care Facility.
Born on January 17, 1922 in Millinocket, Maine to the Late Henry and Edith(DuFour)Nadeau. Eva Married Roland Martineau on October 18, 1943 at St. Joseph’s Church in Niagara Falls, NY.
Eva was employed at International Paper Company for 20 years as a paper cutter. She was very active in St. Theresa Catholic Church and Knights of Columbus Auxiliary of Spring Hill, FL. Eva lived in North Tonawanda until 1980 then moved to Spring Hill , FL until returning to Western New York in 2011 to be near family.
Surviving is her sister Mae (Late Milton Quick and John)Donovan of Newfane, NY also survived by many nieces and nephews. Eva is predeceased by her husband Roland who passed away on September 15, 1988 in Spring Hill, FL also by her sisters; Elizabeth (Lucien) DuFour, Emma (Alonza) Abert and a brother John (Aline) Nadeau.
Friends and Family are invited to attend a Mass Of Christian Burial at 11 AM on Saturday November 26, 2016 at St. Brendan’s On The Lake (Ewing’s Road Site). Burial to follow in St. Charles Cemetery.
