TOWN OF NIAGARA — A 59-year-old Niagara Falls man was charged early Saturday morning with driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop.

Police say Ronald Rice was stopped after the vehicle he was operating was seen weaving and crossing onto the shoulder in I-190. Troopers determined him to be intoxicated and charged him, later finding he had a blood alcohol content of .13 percent.

Rice is due to return to Town of Niagara Court at a later date to face the charges.
