LATHAM — Major General Anthony P. German, the Adjutant General, announces the recent reenlistment of 14 Western New Yorkers who are members of the New York Army National Guard in recognition of their continuing commitment to serve community, state and nation as part of the Army National Guard.
- Specialist Alexandra Williamson from Niagara Falls has reenlisted to continue service with the 1156th Engineer Company.
- Sergeant Vincent Dimarco from Tonawanda has reenlisted to continue service with the 152nd Engineer Support Company.
- Sergeant Danny Edwards from Blasdell has reenlisted to continue service with the 152nd Engineer Support Company.
- Staff Sergeant Rapheal Ramos from Amherst has reenlisted to continue service with the 152nd Engineer Support Company.
- Master Sergeant Melissa Carey from Depew has reenlisted to continue service with the 27th Infantry Brigade Combat Team.
- Sergeant Jared Kaminski from Rochester has reenlisted to continue service with the Company B (Military Intelligence), 27th Brigade Special Troops Battalion.
- Sergeant Rychele Carpenter from Williamsville has reenlisted to continue service with the Company A (Distribution), 427th Brigade Support Battalion.
- Specialist Trent Russell from Rochester has reenlisted to continue service with the Company A (Distribution), 427th Brigade Support Battalion.
- Specialist Zachary Canty from Buffalo has reenlisted to continue service with the Company A, 2-108th Infantry.
- Specialist Ryan Lee from Cheektowaga has reenlisted to continue service with the Company A, 2-108th Infantry.
- Sergeant Jesse Montanye from Rochester has reenlisted to continue service with the Company B, 3-126th Aviation.
- Sergeant First Class Wayne Bush from Rochester has reenlisted to continue service with the Forward Support Company, 204th Engineer Battalion.
- Staff Sergeant Erica Bobbitt from Grand Island has reenlisted to continue service with the Headquarters and Headquarters Company, 102nd Military Police Battalion.
- Staff Sergeant Russell Duquette from West Henrietta has reenlisted to continue service with the Headquarters and Service Company, 642nd Support Battalion.
“New Yorkers count on our Citizen Soldiers to be ready and be there when disaster strikes,” German said. “And our nation counts on our Soldiers when duty calls for overseas service. I congratulate our members for choosing to stay in service and striking that balance between military duties, education or employment commitments and family obligations.”
