Mary Cay Phillips (Reynolds, Curtis) Born May 30, 1946, Mary C. Reynolds daughter of Ernest “Bob” and Catherine Reynolds. She left us December 28, 2016 surrounded by family to go to the Lord after a long illness.

She was partners in the Honey Bears Bakery’s of Ransomville. Mary Cay also was owner and operator of Sugar Baker in Olcott until 1990. She married and is survived by her husband Roger Phillips in 1992. They owned and operated The Music Box Shoppe in Newfane for 5 years as well as Family Recreation Products in Williamsville.

She is survived by 2 daughters; Michelle (Rick) Winter of Lockport and Shannon (John) Curtis of Ransomville, a son; James “Tony” (Janine) Curtis of North Tonawanda, also 2 step sons; Michael (Christine) Phillips of Akron and Mark (Michele) Phillips of Newfane, a Sister and Brother in law; Veronica (Pat) and David Mowery of Perryville, MD. Also survived by 9 grandchildren; Stacie, Stephanie, Andrea, Ashley, Ryan, James, Crystal, Destiny, and Branden, 2 great grandson; Zachery and Jacob, Uncle and Aunt; Jack and Noreen Merritt of Niagara Falls, Ontario, her favorite cousins Carol (Tim) Keck Love of Lancaster, NY and her favorite pet Molly.

Family and friends may call at the RUTLAND-CORWIN FUNERAL HOME, INC. 2670 Main St. Newfane, NY on MONDAY January 2, 2017 from 2-4 and 6-8PM. A Celebration on Life will be held on TUESDAY January 3, 2017 at 1:00 PM in the Elks Lodge N. Canal Rd. Lockport, NY for family and friends.
