WELLSVILLE — A 22-year-old Wellsville woman was charged Sunday with driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop on Trapping Brook Road.
According to New York State Police, Jessica P. Seamans failed to stop at a red light and drove onto the shoulder while turning. While interviewing her, Troopers determined she was intoxicated. She was taken to the Amity Troopers’ barracks and found to have a .10 percent blood alcohol content.
She was released on tickets and is scheduled to appear before the Town of Wellsville Court on Feb. 22.
