CAMBRIA — A barn and trailer that caught fire Sunday night on Baer Road were declared a total loss by fire investigators.
According to the Niagara County Sheriff’s Office, when patrol arrived at the barn fire at 5432 Baer Road, the barn and a storage trailer located directly behind the barn were fully involved. Another trailer directly south of the blaze, which was a residence, sustained minor damage. A vehicle in the driveway also sustained damage.
Sanborn Volunteer Fire Company and Pekin Volunteer Fire Company extinguish the fire.
No injuries were reported, but damages were estimated at approximately $18,000. The investigation is continuing by the Niagara County Origin and Cause Unit.
