BUFFALO — Fifty-seven-year-old John McNeill of Kenmore, who was convicted of conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute methamphetamine, was sentenced to 57 months in prison by Chief U.S. District Judge Frank P. Geraci, Jr.
Prosecutors say that the defendant, the former owner of Mixology Bar on Forest Avenue, received large shipments of methamphetamine from a source of supply in San Diego, CA. A package was intercepted by law enforcement officers on Sept. 5, 2014, and a controlled delivery was made to McNeill’s Kenmore residence. The package contained ¼ kilogram of methamphetamine with a street value of approximately $38,000.
