DELEVAN — A 44-year-old Delevan man is facing third-degree criminal mischief charges following a Thursday evening argument over music.
According to New York State Police, Dennis P. Strader Jr. shot a 30-06 rifle into the back window of his neighbors car for constantly playing the music in the vehicle too loud.
Strader was arraigned in the Town of Machias and remanded to the Cattaraugus County Jail.
