TOWN OF LOCKPORT — Niagara County Sheriff Jim Voutour announced on Tuesday the arrest of three individuals on welfare fraud related charges.
Katharine Wilson, 38, was charged with one count of second-degree offering a false instrument for filing. She is due in Niagara Falls City Court on Feb. 16.
Melissa A. Nalls, 28, was charged with fourth-degree grand larceny and two counts of first-degree offering a false instrument for filing. Her return court date is Monday in Lockport City Court.
Sha’nesha Allen, 22, was charged with fourth-degree grand larceny and first-degree offering a false instrument for filing. She is due to return to Lockport City Court on Feb. 15.
All defendants were released on appearance tickets.
