SHERMAN — A 24-year-old Ohio man was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana following a traffic stop on I-86 Sunday.
According to New York State Police, Brennan Martens was pulled over for speeding and found to be in possession of a bag containing marijuana, a grinder containing marijuana residue and a smoking device containing marijuana residue.
Martens was placed under arrest, issued and appearance ticket and a speeding ticket and is scheduled to appear in the Town of Sherman Court later in the month.
