BATAVIA — A 34-year-old Kent man was charged today with petit larceny, accused of shoplifting from K-Mart.
According to New York State Police, Troopers responded to K-Mart and took Donald L. Armstrong into custody after determining Armstrong had passed all points of sale with merchandise concealed in his clothing.
Armstong was processed and realeased with an appearance ticket retunable to the Town of Batavia Court.
