NIAGARA FALLS — A 55-year-old Niagara Falls man was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop on 72nd Street.

According to New York State Police, William Lamb was pulled over after he failed to stop at a stop sign. While interviewing Lamb, Troopers determined him to be intoxicated. He was taken into custody and transported to SP Niagara for processing where a breath test showed his blood alcohol content to be .20 percent. He was issued appearance tickets returnable in the City of Niagara Falls Court.
