NIAGARA FALLS — A 25-year-old Niagara Falls woman was charged Tuesday night with driving while intoxicated and unlawful possession of marijuana following a traffic stop on Buffalo Avenue.

According to New York State Police, Troopers stopped the vehicle Gabrielle Snider was operating for speeding and erratic operation. While talking to her, they determined her to be intoxicated. She was taken to the Niagara Troopers’ barracks where she refused a breath test to measure her blood alcohol content and was found to be in possession of marijuana.
