SUFFOLETTA – Carol A. (nee Josker) After 82 years of laughter, love and loyalty Carol was called to her true home March 16, 2017.

Carol had spunk and spirit and confidently spoke her mind. She unconditionally loved her family and protected them fiercely. Not one to be known as a wallflower, Carol loved socializing and would proudly wear her festive beads, earrings and colorful clothing to all events. Carol had a very close relationship with her granddaughter, Nikki (“Franky”), and loved spending Buffalo winters with her in Florida. She had a soft spot for her grandson, Jimmy, and was incredibly proud of him. She loved her granddaughter, Emily, and was delighted by the young lady she is becoming. To put it mildly, Carol adored her only great-grandchild, Tommy, who she lovingly referred to as “Little Tommy Tucker” and simply lit up when she spent time with him or talked about him. Her daughter, Karen, and sons, Daniel, Steven (Mary Jo) and John Jr., will forever remember the beauty of their mother’s imperfect perfection. Carol will be forever loved and missed by her true soul mate and devoted husband of 65 years, John, who will remember her as his best friend. We look forward to the day when we can all be together again playing Bingo, winning the slots and wearing our beads.

Relatives and friends may visit the LOMBARDO FUNERAL HOME, (Southtowns Chapel), 3060 Abbott Rd. near Lake Ave. on Sunday from 2-6 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in Our Lady of the Sacred Heart Church, 3148 Abbott Rd., Orchard Park, on Monday morning at 10 o’clock. (Please assemble at church). In lieu of flowers, we humbly ask for prayers for Carol and our family.
