TOWN OF LOCKPORT — A 51-year-old Lockport man was charged Monday with driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop on Transit Road.
According to New York State Police, Troopers stopped Eddie A. Robinson for traveling 62 mph in posted 45 mph zone. Troopers determined him to be intoxicated and transported him to the Lockport Troopers’ barracks for processing where he consented to a breath test that recorded a .17 percent blood alcohol content.
Robinson was released on traffic tickets and is due back in Town of Lockport Court at a later date.
