JAMESTOWN — Twenty-nine-year-old Todd Bloomberg was charged Tuesday with unlawful possession of marijuana following a traffic stop on Lakeview Avenue.
According to New York State Police, he was stopped for a traffic violation and determined to be in possession of 14 marijuana cigarettes, two containers with approximately eight grams of marijuana and a pipe containing marijuana residue.
He was later released with an appearance ticket and traffic tickets returnable to the City of Jamestown Court.
