LEWISTON — An 18-year-old Kenmore man was charged Sunday with driving while ability impaired by drugs following a traffic stop on South 8th Street.
According to New York State Police, at approximately 11:45 pm, Troopers stopped the vehicle Frank Giammarinaro was operating after another motorist called 911 to report that his vehicle was “all over the road.”
Troopers determined him to be impaired despite a .03 percent blood alcohol content. Giammarinaro was then evaluated by a drug recognition expert who determined that he was under the influence of drugs.
Giammarinaro was issued appearance tickets returnable in the Town of Lewiston Court.
