FREWSBURG — A 48-year-old Frewsburg man is facing DWI charges following a traffic stop on Bunce Hill Road.
According to New York State Police, James Rosengren was pulled over for a traffic violation and after failing several SFSTs, Rosengren was placed under arrest.
He was transported to SP Jamestown where he provided a breath sample of .14. He was then processed, issued tickets returnable to the Town of Carroll Court and released. Rosengren is scheduled to appear in the Town of Carroll Court later in the month to answer the charge.
