KIANTONE — A 45-yearold Erie, Pa. man was charged Saturday with driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop on Foote Avenue Extension.
According to New York State Police, Troopers responded to a business for a report of a subject unresponsive in a vehicle. Upon arrival Bryon Laskowski had attempted to drive from the parking lot. Laskowski was pulled over and placed under arrest after failing several SFSTs. He was transported to SP Jamestown where he provided a breath sample of .16 percent. He was then processed, arraigned in the town of Kiantone Court and remanded to the Chautauqua County Jail.
