CHAUTAUQUA — A 47-year-old Mayville woman was charged Friday with second-degree harassment.
According to New York State Police, Troopers responded to a residence in Mayville for a report of an attack. Investigation revealed that Michelle Gilbert struck the victim multiple times in the head, causing pain.
Gilbert was served with a criminal summons and she is scheduled to appear in the town of Chautauqua Court on a future date.
