ALLEGANY — A 28-year-old Allegany woman was charged Feb. 1 with driving while intoxicated following a graffic stop on Birch Run Road.
According to New York State Police, Stephanie Vesotski was originally stopped for speeding. While interviewing her there was an odor of alcoholic beverages coming from her breathe. SFSTs were administered and she was subsequently arrested. She was taken to SP Olean where she submitted to a breath test which registered a 0.13 percent BAC.
Vesotski was released on tickets returnable to Allegany Town Court at a later date and time.
