FALCONER — A 34-year-old Jamestown man was charged Saturday with aggravated DWI and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle following erratic driving complaints.

According to New York State Police, Troopers responded to the four-corners area of Falconer for a report of an erratically driving vehicle that had nearly been involved in multiple accidents. The Troopers located the suspect vehicle at Homestead and Falconer Streets and initiated a traffic stop. 

Joshua Nuse was identified as the driver and placed under arrest after failing several SFSTs. Nuse was transported to SP Jamestown where he provided a breath sample of .22. As Nuse’s license was currently suspended, he was additionally charged with AUO 3rd Degree. Nuse was processed, issued tickets returnable to the town of Ellicott Court and released. Nuse is scheduled to appear in the town of Ellicott Court on a later date to answer the charges.
