FRANKLINVILLE — A 54-year-old Grand Island man was charged Saturday with driving while intoxicated following a disabled vehicle investigation.
According to New York State Police, Troopers were investigating a disabled vehicle on Fish Hill Road around 8:35 p.m. Mark T. Bilyj, was placed under arrest after failing SFST’s and transported to SP Machias for processing. Bilyj recorded a .17 percent blood alcohol content.
Bilyj was issued tickets returnable to the town of Franklinville in March 2018.
