TONAWANDA, N.Y. — A 31 year old Tonawanda man was charged on March 22nd, 2018 with 3rd degree rape, endangering the welfare of a child, promoting the obscene sexual performance of a child, and use of a child less than 17 in a sexual performance.
According to New York State Police, this arrest was the result of an investigation that was reported on March 14th, 2018. No further details about the investigation will be released due to the victim.
