HINSDALE — A 31-year-old Cuba woman was charged Saturday with fifth-degree possession of marijuana, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, and other vehicle and traffic offenses following a traffic stop.
According to New York State Police, Troopers stopped April Baldwin on I-86 and while interviewing her could smell an odor of marijuana coming from her and the vehicle. When asked about the smell she surrendered a plastic bag containing marijuana weighing approximately 28.5 grams. She was taken to SP Olean for processing and released on appearance tickets returnable to Hinsdale Town Court.
