A 22 year-old Cheektowaga man was charged with DWI on April 22, 2018 following a traffic stop for speeding.
According to NYS Troopers, Mohammed Hassan was stopped on State Route 98 in the town of Freedom for 79mph in a marked 55mph zone. Hassan was placed under arrest after failing SFST’s and transported to SP Machias for processing. Hassan recorded a .09% BAC.
Hassan was issued traffic tickets returnable to the Town of Freedom Court in May 2018.
