A 32 year old Cherry Creek man was charged with Criminal Contempt 1st Degree after a burglary occurred on May 5th, 2018.
According to New York State Troopers, Chautauqua County Sheriff Deputies responded to a residence in Cherry Creek for a report of a burglary in progress. Upon arrival they located Musall and another subject inside. The home owner was contacted and declined to press charges, but after confirming Musall’s identity, he was placed under arrest as there was an active stay-away order of protection directing him to avoid all contact with his accomplice. Musall was transported to SP Fredonia where he was processed and then arraigned in the town of Charlotte Court.
Musall was remanded to the Chautauqua County Jail and is scheduled to appear in the town of Cherry Creek Court on a later date to answer the charge.
