PRESS RELEASE
A 28 year old Olean man was charged with criminal contempt, criminal mischief, and harassment on May 29, 2018 after a call to 911 about a domestic disturbance.
According to New York State Troopers, officers responded to a report of a disturbance at 1875 Cinema Drive in the town of Allegany and determined that Gregory A. Densmore had prevented another party from making an emergency call during a physical dispute.
He was arrested, arraigned in Allegany Town Court, and remanded to the Cattaraugus County Jail in lieu of $2,500 bail.
