ALLEGANY — A 24-year-old Olean woman was charged Tuesday with criminal possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of marijuana following a traffic stop
According to New York State Police, Paige W. Isaman was found to be in possession of cocaine and marijuana.
She was arrested and subsequently released with appearance tickets returnable to Allegany Town Court later this month.
