Troopers from the Olean, Machias, and Amity State Police barracks conducted a road check on August 26, 2018 in the Town of Ashford. The following arrests were made:
Page M. Nowicki, 51 of Hamburg, NY was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated with a recorded BAC of 0.14%.
Kristy M. Wisniewski, 34 of Jamestown, NY was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated with a recorded BAC of 0.14%.
Seth D. Arnold, 36 of Orchard Park, NY was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated with a recorded BAC of 0.13%.
Christopher J. Stroutenburg, 36 of West Seneca, NY was arrested for Aggravated DWI/Leandra’s Law with a recorded BAC of 0.11%. He was also arrested for Endangering the Welfare of a Child.

Joseph R. Ode, 24 of Tonawanda, NY, was arrested for Unlawful Possession of Marijuana.
The National Crackdown on Drunk Driving continues through the Labor Day weekend.
