JAMESTOWN — A 23-year-old Jamestown man was charged early this morning with unlawful possession of marijuana after police stopped to check on a disabled vehicle.
According to New York State Police, Troopers stopped to check on a disabled vehicle on Main Street and while speaking to Jose Rodriguezrobles, the Troopers smelled marijuana emanating from inside the vehicle. A search of Rodriguezrobles and the vehicle revealed that Rodriguezrobles was in possession of a bag containing marijuana.
Rodriguezrobles was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in the city of Jamestown Court next month.
