New Jersey’s own Scasm is our featured band for November 2026! The band has recently signed to New Standard Elite. Their latest EP “Punished by Disembowelment” dropped in July and is easily the best EP of this year. Ridiculously obnoxious brutal death metal cut into 2 and a half minute songs. Brutal and quick to the point. Extremely impressive newer band to hit the scene all around; and I caught them when they played a few dates on the Defeated Sanity tour in Rochester. Great stage show and nicer guys. If you want quicker, straight to the point ignorant brutal death metal they’re a great suggestion. I’m keeping a close eye on them for a multitude of reasons.
