A 29-year-old Bradford, P.A. man was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th Degree on September 10, 2018 following a routine traffic stop.
According to New York State Troopers, Tyler Yohe was pulled over on I-86 in Sherman for a traffic violation and a check of Yohe’s license revealed that he was wanted by the Erie County Sheriff Department. Yohe was taken into custody and while being searched, a suboxone strip was found in his possession.
Yohe was processed for the drug possession at SP Jamestown, issued an appearance ticket and a traffic ticket both returnable to the town of Sherman Court, and turned over to Erie County Deputies.
