Code Blue shelters are open in the City of Buffalo and Lockport tonight.
In Buffalo; Overnight shelter open tonight, Monday, November 10, 2025, at 100 E Tupper St, Buffalo. Shelter’s open from 7PM to 7AM. Breakfast will be served 7AM to 8AM.
In Lockport: Code Blue will be in effect from tonight Monday November 10th and Tuesday November 11th. Overnight temperatures are forecast below freezing throughout the period.
Any homeless person or individual without heat can go to the Salvation Army directly between the hours of 8pm – 10pm, if after 10 pm, please report to the walk-up window at the Niagara Street entrance of Lockport Police Department where they will assist individuals seeking shelter.

Outside of Erie County, contact local law enforcement or 211 for shelter options.
