BUFFALO — The University at Buffalo Center for the Arts (UBCFA) presents pop-culture instrumentalists Vitamin String Quartet (VSQ) tomorrow, Tuesday, Oct. 7, 2025 at 7:30 p.m. in the Mainstage Theatre. Tickets are on sale now at ubcfa.org, Ticketmaster or at the UBCFA Ticket Office.
With over two billion streams, almost four million downloads and over one million physical units sold, the Billboard-charting ensemble has captivated global audiences with their classical reinterpretations of pop hits.
For 25 years VSQ has been a classical crossover force in contemporary music. Fresh off a high-profile placement in Season Three of “Bridgerton”, VSQ continues to “charm the world with their classical covers” (Nylon) and “reach a mainstream, global audience” (Variety). Their Buffalo performance will feature spellbinding renditions of Taylor Swift favorites, alongside innovative takes on songs from Billie Eilish, BTS, Bridgerton, The Weeknd, Daft Punk, and more.
“We are thrilled to bring Vitamin String Quartet’s beloved arrangements of all things pop out to the many audiences that have already made VSQ records a part of their lives,” says VSQ cellist Derek Stein. “We can’t wait to dive into all of our favorites—new and old—with our fans across the US!”
Across more than 300 releases, VSQ has created genre-spanning string renditions of artists from classical to hip-hop, breathing new life into music they—and their audiences—already love.
Tickets are available for $25, $39 and $49. For ticket information visit ubcfa.org or call 716-645-2787.
