The Jamestown Tarp Skunks first batter scored Wednesday night against the Niagara Falls Americans. And they never looked back.
After four scoreless innings, the Tarp Skunks scored two more runs in the sixth inning, taking a 3-0 lead.
The hometeam scored one of their own in the bottom of the sixth, making a 3-1 score.
Three more innings of scoreless baseball gave the game a 3-1 final.
The Americans travel to Jamestown on Thursday to try again.
