Buffalo Police Department announces four arrests were made in connection with the burglary and vandalism of Notre Dame Academy in June.

On Monday, June 23, 2025, it was discovered that at some point over the weekend, the school had been broken into and heavily vandalized throughout, causing thousands of dollars of damages. A District detectives immediately opened an investigation into the incident. Multiple suspects were identified and contacted.

On June 30, 2025, two suspects, a 13-year-old West Seneca male and a 15-year-old West Seneca female, turned themselves into police. On July 1, 2025, two additional suspects, a 15-year-old West Seneca female and a 16-year-old West Seneca male, also turned themselves into police. Following additional interviews, it has now been determined that the four suspects were the only participants in the incident and the investigation is now closed.

A four youths have been charged identically with one count NYS PL 145.10, Criminal Mischief in the Second Degree, a class D felony and one count NYS PL 145.20, Burglary in the Third Degree, a class D felony.
