On October 1, 2023, Troopers out of SP Boston arrested James A. Deperno JR, 59 of East Aurora, NY for driving while intoxicated and speeding.
On October 1, 2023, Troopers stopped Deperno on Quaker Rd (RT-20A) town of Orchard Park for speeding. Deperno was placed under arrest after failing SFST’s and transported to SP Boston for processing. Deperno recorded a .14% BAC.
Deperno was issued traffic tickets returnable to the town of Orchard Park court for October 17, 2023.
