Hello Metalheads! This is John back with a track release highlight! The band Psyclops has released their new track Indomitable I-III on February 6th, 2026. I found this via Reddit when one of their members posted this on a prog or Btbam(Between the Buried and Me) subreddit. This was a fantastic self-promo to throw out there.
I was instantly hooked on this track. It gives off serious btbam influence, with a spin from all kinds of other prog influences too. As the title of the track suggests there are three main sections, one with a serious melo-death/metalcore groove which I absolutely love. The second which has a slower paced but spacey theme(I think?). This also features a guitar solo and some amazing clean singing. Then the last with a straight up death metal groove I’d expect to hear from a Cannibal Corpse track for the last minute or so
