Melodic death metal maestros Carrion Vael released a new song “19 fucking 78) from their upcoming new album “Slay Utterly”. After being a fan of this band since their album “God Killer” from 2020 this is a solid evolution. They didn’t sacrifice their heaviness for more selective melody. It’s still driving and heavy, a solid guitar solo and good songwriting. It’s an ethereal 5 minute offering showcasing their strengths. And, one fucking hell of an album cover.
