
PHILADELPHIA, PA (10/09/2025)– The University welcomed nearly 700 new first-time, full-time students this fall, representing a 40% increase over last year. La Salle also enrolled 150 new transfer students, an increase of nearly 60% from the prior year.
Among the students are:
- Harmony Hall of Rochester, NY (14607), majoring in Business Administration.
- Natalia Phillips of West Seneca, NY (14224), majoring in History.
“La Salle’s mission is to provide a transformative education that is both accessible and personal. Allen, Ph.D., said. “The record growth we are experiencing shows that students and families recognize the value of a La Salle education. Enrollment Highlights
- La Salle received 1,700 more applications than the prior year-the most since 2010.
- The University saw a 40% increase in deposits and lowered its acceptance rate by nearly five percentage points.
- Nearly 300 more students are living on campus this fall, supported by the reopening and renovation of two residence halls.
