
BISMARCK, N.D — Bismarck State College is pleased to announce the following students who completed the coursework to graduate in Summer 2025.
Summer 2025 graduates were eligible to walk in BSC’s 85th commencement ceremony on Friday, May 16, 2025, at the Bismarck Event Center. The 2025 BSC Commencement speaker was 1982 Bismarck Junior College graduate Kari Warberg Block. Chosen as the 2022 BSC Outstanding Alumna, Block is an award-winning entrepreneur and the founder of EarthKind, a pioneering brand in sustainable pest prevention. The student speaker was Mickely Matthews from Tioga, N.D., who graduated with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Energy Management. The ceremony is available to view on the BSC website.
BSC Summer 2025 area graduates include:
- Chad Dauer, Tonawanda, N.Y., graduated with an Associate in Applied Science in Electric Power Technology
- Melissa Prior, Cheektowaga, N.Y., graduated with an Associate in Applied Science in Electric Power Technology
- Marie Vaughn, Basom, N.Y., graduated with an Associate in Applied Science in Electric Power Technology
