LEWISTON — The deceased motorcycle operator from the fatal motor vehicle accident on Townline Road on September 22nd has been identified as 34 year old Michael J. Pendergast of the Town of Amherst, NY. The driver of the pickup truck has been identified as 32 year old Jonathan R. Graffius of the Town of Lewiston, NY. The investigation is continuing by the NCSO Accident Investigation Unit (AIU).
