LEWISTON – On September 22, 2025 at approximately 1824 hours, the Niagara County Sheriff’s Office Communications Center received multiple calls reporting a serious motor vehicle accident in front of 4663 Townline Road, near Albright Road.
Information received indicated a motorcycle and pickup truck were involved and the motorcycle operator was unresponsive in the roadway. Preliminary investigation showed the pickup truck was traveling northbound on Townline Road and attempted to make a left turn onto Albright Road. The pickup truck turned in front of the motorcycle who was southbound on Townline Road and believed to have been traveling at a high rate of speed. The operator of the motorcycle was pronounced dead at the scene.
The names of the involved individuals are being withheld at this time pending notifcation to family. The investigation into the cause of the accident was turned over to the Niagara County Accident Investigation Unit and is ongoing at this time.
