On August 6, 2025, Niagara County Sheriff Michael Filicetti announced the arrest of Theodore J. Patti, 37 of Lockport, NY.
Following a joint investigation by the Niagara County Drug Task Force and Orleans County Major Felony Crime Taskforce, Patti was arrested on the following felony charges: One count of criminal possession of a controlled substance 2nd One count of criminal possession of a weapon 2nd Patti was held in Niagara County Jail pending arraignment.
