On August 5, 2025, Sheriff Michael Filicetti announced the arrest of Carl J. Rowell, 49 of Niagara Falls, NY.
Following an investigation by the Niagara County Drug Task Force, Rowell was arrested on the following felony charges: One count of criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell 3rd One count of criminal sale of a controlled substance 3rd Rowell was held in Niagara County Jail pending arraignment.
