Stoner death metal goofs Bonginator are our August 2025 band of the month! Like stoner comedy, brutality, synth and 80’s homages? That and more is rolled into one fat ass joint called Bonginator. The guys just put out a new song called “Pizza Time” an homage to the teenage mutant ninja turtles. It’s from their upcoming smasher “Retrodeath”. These independent DIY’ers work their asses off getting on as many runs and shows as possible for a small band. I also love it when the band is not only talented but equally as entertaining. Bonginator is so funny and so brutal it’s a visceral experience.
