LOCKPORT — Niagara County District Attorney Brian D. Seaman announced that Juan Ubiles, age 40, of Niagara Falls, was sentenced today to serve the next 40 years to life in state prison. Earlier this year Ubiles was found guilty after trial of Murder in the Second Degree and Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the Second Degree for the killing of 44 year old Gregory Vincent in Niagara Falls on June 19, 2023.

Seaman stated: “The sentence fits the crime, which was a cold-blooded and remorseless killing in broad daylight.”

The case was investigated by the Niagara Falls Police Department and prosecuted by First Assistant District Attorney Doreen Hoffmann and Assistant District Attorney Mattie Davis. The sentence was imposed by County Court Judge John Ottaviano.
